A 1-2 day comprehensive review each year.

1. full-dr-drill: Live DR exercise. Activate DR cluster, restore VMs from PBS, verify functionality.
2. architecture-review: Re-evaluate the reference architecture against current requirements. Decide whether a redesign is warranted.
3. security-audit: Comprehensive security audit (internal or third-party).
4. hardware-lifecycle: Hardware lifecycle review: replacement schedule, hardware end-of-life, decommissioning.
5. pve-version-review: Review Proxmox release notes. Plan major upgrades.
6. runbook-refresh: Update runbooks based on the year’s incidents.
7. team-training: Identify and address team skill gaps. Send people to training.
8. budget-review: Review budget vs actual spending. Forecast next year.
